TheSvolis Beachhouse is located in a small bay near the townKarystos on South Evia. The house was built directly facing the sea and offers views of the water and coastal landscape from many rooms.

The beach is only about15 metres from the house. The sheltered bay is quiet and ideal for swimming, snorkelling or relaxing days by the sea.

Room layout

The holiday home has several bedrooms with double or single beds and separate sleeping areas. This makes the house suitable for families, couples or small groups of up to eight guests.

The rooms open out onto balconies or terraces with views of the sea. Large windows and patio doors connect the interior with the landscape.

Several bathrooms allow comfortable use even with several guests.

Living area and kitchen

In the centre of the house is an open-plan kitchen/living room with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for longer stays or cooking together.

The adjoining living area with seating and TV serves as a communal meeting point in the house.

Terraces and outdoor areas

Terraces, balcony and veranda extend the living space outside. The view of the bay and the sea opens up from here.

The outdoor areas are ideal for al fresco breakfasts, long summer evenings or relaxing hours after a day at the beach.

Location near Karystos

The house is located just outside the centre ofKarystos on the island of Evia. This creates a quiet location right by the sea, while restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are just a few minutes away.

The region around Karystos is known for its varied landscape of beaches, mountains and historic sites such as theCastello Rosso or the so-calledDragon Houses in the mountains behind the city.
